Arizona Real Estate and Investment Company seeking REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
Preference for this position is an individual with a newly acquired Arizona real estate license.
Two of the biggest and most respectable real estate investment forces in Arizona and nationally have joined forces to create a real estate equity fund in Arizona focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and selling value added residential real estate.
We have a sophisticated, proven, and well defined system for all aspects of this business and have completed over 3,500 investment properties with our proven model. We use sophisticated IT processes for all aspects of our business, have state of the art internet marketing, and own an outsourcing firm in the Philippines.
We are seeking an individual who wants to be part of a growing team and an emerging company with HUGE potential.
As the real estate assistant you will be responsible for the Realty Listing Process, Purchase Process on the Lease Option and ARMLS Buyers, Short Sale Listing Process, Investment Purchases and Investor Purchases. This individual needs to be coachable, trainable, and most importantly understand the real estate market environment.
